Dnata-PWC Airport Logistics is a joint venture of Dnata and PWC Logistics (now Agility). Operating from the Dubai Cargo Village the company offers air cargo operator’s road feeder services between airports in the gulf region. This service provides airlines and forwarders with a wider choice off-line routings and quality service at competitive rates.

The joint venture is managed by PWC and chaired by Dnata, with both organizations committing existing assets to the venture including expertise, manpower, IT systems, equipment and vehicles. The company will initially focus its operations in the GCC countries but has future plans to expand throughout and beyond the Middle East.

Fleet Capabilities

Dnata-PWC Airport Logistics’ inter UAE airport trucking fleet currently numbers 18 vehicles. Each of the eighteen 45 foot tractor trailer units is state of the art with comprehensive air suspension systems. ABS breaking and fully automated powered inboard roller drive systems. The inboard powered roller systems and air suspension enable a level of safety and security for air cargo loads moving between the airports of Gulf region that is unprecedented. The trailers can accommodate four full size B747 freighter pallets or equivalents and are designed to interface with the loading docks of air cargo terminals eliminating the need to use forklifts during loading/unloading process. Plans are in progress to increase this fleet of specialized air cargo trucks and trailers to 23 within this year.

For special trucks and equipments such as pick-up trucks, curtain trailers, flat bed, air suspension low bed, refrigerated trucks and crane can be arranged on request.
